activated factor ix การใช้

ประโยคมือถือ
  • Factor XIa activates factor IX by selectively cleaving val peptide bonds.
  • The complex of TF with factor VIIa activates factor IX and catalyzes the conversion of the inactive protease factor X into the active protease factor Xa.
  • This complex further activates factor IX and X to IXa and Xa, respectively, leading to the common coagulation pathway and the subsequent formation of thrombin and fibrin.
  • This is opposed to the intrinsic ( amplification ) pathway which involves both activated factor IX and factor VIII . Both pathways lead to the activation of factor X ( the common pathway ) which combines with activated factor V in the presence of calcium and phospholipid to produce thrombin ( thromboplastin activity ).
